Technology:

1. The application is developed in Microsoft .NET for Windows and functions on a client-server architecture
2. The server component contains the MSDE database in in which all application data is stored, and the webpages which provide the requested data to the client module
3. The client component contains the user interface that connects to the server and authenticates the user
4. The application requires .NET Framework 1.1, MDAC 2.8, Acrobat Reader 5.0 and MSDE 2000 ( all these components are included in the installation kit )
